Privacy

When you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us, and — if you choose one — the product and size you were interested in, plus the date you signed up. That's it. We don't ask for your name, address, or payment details at this stage.

Solely to let you know when Summer Drop 01 goes live and to send the occasional update about a release. We don't use it for anything else, and we won't add you to lists you didn't ask for.

Waitlist emails are stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Upstash) used to run this site. Emails to you are sent from our own orders@nobadsummers.com address. We don't share or sell your information to third parties, and we don't hand it to advertisers.

We keep a lightweight, privacy-first count of site traffic — daily visitor and page-view totals. Visitor counts are based on IP addresses that are hashed (irreversibly scrambled) before they're stored, so we can't tie a visit back to you. We don't use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers, and we don't set non-essential cookies.

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to show you what we have on file, or to delete it entirely, at any time — just email orders@nobadsummers.com and we'll take care of it.
